It seems to be a favourite with the birds too. Is it still standing I wonder.
Great contrast against a dark sky.God bless, Bill.
The tree says hello here I am.
Where would we be without the archives! Dark skies coming in.
Have you been back to check that this favourite tree still stands?
The last time was 2016 and it still was there.
Hello,I like the tree and scene, pretty lighting. Take care, enjoy your day! Have a happy new week!
It is interesting to have favorite tree... especially when you photograph it throughout the different seasons.

2014 Has Been On My Radar As Well - Amazing Shot There Mr Bill - Enjoy The WeekCheers
Oh I like that, great photo.
...a few branches are missing.
Looks so dramatic against that stormy sky Bill ✨
Great shot of tree, sky, fence, and pristine grass. At first I thought all it's leaves had already fallen, but the grass shows not a leaf on it...so now I think it's dead. But then, maybe not!
Isn't it early in the season for a tree to have lost all its leaves, I wonder?
That's a great shot.
It looks like it has had some hardships! Stay safe, Bill!
Beaautiful white tree!As in Lord of the rings :)
It's a beautiful photograph.All the best Jan
Striking with the lonely bare tree. Where was this taken?
It was taken in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo.
I like that moody sky and those bare branches. Beauty is everywhere.
It doesn’t get more perfect than that, Bill.
A picture postcard! Gorgeous capture!
A handsome tree. At some point they might need to cable it in order to keep the two sections from falling apart.
This is certainly a well shaped tree, but it does not look at all well, or has it just lost its leaves for its winters nap?
My, my that is a big tree.
It's a beautiful image and I loved the fence and tree!
A wonderful take!
A lone tree without a leaf is always a wonderful to look out.
Beautiful! I can see why you like it
Beautiful shot. I really like itMB
Beautiful, a perfect tree and a perfect picture. ... I’m actually looking forward to seeing trees in this phase ...we are staying in Oregon.
