the Flight of the Earls

I came across this disk when I was walking one day in Killybegs.  It was located just off the main street.  It commemorates the 400th anniversary of Flight of the Earls in 1607.

Church of Ireland, Killybegs.   One of the few churches that has a graveyard that is part of the church's property.

a craft shop opened only a few days a week for a few hours usually when cruise ships came to town however it will transition into a coffee and crepe shop.

school started last Monday and the tractors are back.  There were two more parked across the road.  Must be a spendy ride to school.  Petrol is not cheap, currently, €1.86 per liter.

when the Diamond in Donegal Town was being upgraded, they got this new water machine.  So if you visit make sure you take your water bottle to refill it and it's free.  Now you don't have to purchase water from the store, saves you some money.
