saturday critters

Ollie the Bactrian Camel, the famous camel of Ferrisburg, Vermont.
I've been going through some of my old photos and came across Ollie,  I thought it would be a great one to share on Saturday Critters.

  6. I followed your link to the Bactrian camel. Your post makes me feel like travelling to Ferrisburgh, Vermont. It's only a drive of 6 hours and 34 minutes from my house.

  11. Double take on double humps! What a surprise this morning. Expectations of Ireland and here we are in Vermont. A friend just returned from Stowe and said it's definitely the wrong time of year to visit there...lots of rain and cold...but no snow yet.

  12. Well apparently Ollie is still there and......... wait for it..........is still single. With an abundance of camels in Vermont I cannot imagine why.
