a paint update

Ballybookies is no longer in the green and yellow building.  It is now vacant and getting a new paint job.  We happen to pass it one moring last week.


then on our way back in the afternoon, the painter was almost done


here's what it looks like a few days later.  Even the building on the left got an update too.

    I rather like the way they paint buildings all different colours in Ireland. I wouldn't want them all to be white.

    It looks very nice. As much as I dislike painting, I'm glad I did not have to cover all that green! Bill, my husband gifted me a new camera.....I feel so overwhelmed trying to learn. I'll keep you posted! You and Shari Have a nice week.

    They really changed the looks! Shiny and pretty, but I bet that green and yellow building was kind of a landmark for people and now it’s gone! (Looks better now tho, even if green and yellow reminded me of home because those are the colors of our University of Oregon).
