    Yes you are right it doesn't look like a hospital so open with glass windows.

    Well I guess that a hospital is a kind of beacon in the dark, so perhaps the comparison with a lighthouse is not entirely inappropriate.

    Yes, me too, agree with you. And I wonder if the deck (where the railing is above the windows) is useable by the public. Just sitting inside would afford a good view I imagine.
