I've been going through some of my old photos and came across Ollie, I thought it would be a great one to share on Saturday Critters.

Nice to meet you, Ollie. Not the kind of critter I was expecting!
ReplyDeleteHi Bill.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully Bill this Camel.
greetings from Patricia.
That is an unusual sight in Ireland!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Bieb. A strange guest but still welcome.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteHello Ollie, a camel is an interesting critter to have. Thank you for linking up! Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend. PS, thanks for leaving me a comment.
Ollie is a beauty!
ReplyDeleteNot your average New England pet.
ReplyDeleteI followed your link to the Bactrian camel. Your post makes me feel like travelling to Ferrisburgh, Vermont. It's only a drive of 6 hours and 34 minutes from my house.
ReplyDeleteHe seems happy enough. Great photo, Bill. Thank you.

Nice to meet you Ollie, the camel. Have a nice weekend. Greetings Caroline
ReplyDeleteDouble take on double humps! What a surprise this morning. Expectations of Ireland and here we are in Vermont. A friend just returned from Stowe and said it's definitely the wrong time of year to visit there...lots of rain and cold...but no snow yet.
ReplyDeleteIt is a great photo!
ReplyDeleteWell apparently Ollie is still there and......... wait for it..........is still single. With an abundance of camels in Vermont I cannot imagine why.
ReplyDeleteNow that is something you don't often see mingling with the sheep.
ReplyDeleteThat's not something I would expect to see in someones yard.
ReplyDeleteOllie is rather handsome for a camel but then I don't see to many camels around here 🐫
ReplyDeleteNeat photo!
It is a great share. How interesting to have a camel in ones yard. haha

Oh my! That's something you don't see every day! Great photos!
ReplyDeleteAn unusual critter today. : ))
ReplyDeleteI like it!
Seeing a camel would be unexpected, that's for sure. Great shot of Ollie.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how he likes the winters in Vermont!? ;-)
ReplyDeleteA Bactrian has the letter B on his back, a Dromedary has the letter D. Bet you didn't know that!
ReplyDeleteSaddle ready!
ReplyDeleteYou wonder what the sheep thinks of the camel.
ReplyDeletehow cool, that's something you don't see every day.
ReplyDeleteLove that the camel is chomping in peaceful companionship with the sheep Bill ✨
ReplyDeleteThat was interesting . Thanks for the link, I knew nothing about Ollie. ! Obviously, you’ve been an excellent photographer and chronicler of life for a while!
