  1. You reminded me of an advertisement ... they drew lines but weird because they needed glasses! Fortunately, the workers here know how to draw straight lines! 😅

    Have a good day, Bill!

  4. I don't think I have ever seen handicapped parking at the kerbside like that.

  5. A very necessary task. The man in charge of parking restrictions around here is the aptly-named Mr Lines.

  9. Great to see the line painting machines...I wonder what has to have the high heat on that truck. Perhaps the paint? Also interesting to see the guy pushing the small machine wearing knee pads. I thought things like the handicap symbols were done with a cut-out maquette.

  10. He is probably wondering why you are taking his pic! He looks a bit wary! ;-)

  13. They need to do this on my street sometime soon. They recently did some street work and messed up all the lines.

  14. They have the same work clothes here
They are seen well in the dark and in traffic

  15. It's kinda neat to see how things happen that you wouldn't normally think about!

  16. Not so different from how it's done here.

  17. I don’t envy this workers that job. Traffic around them makes it dangerous.

  18. We see a lot of that going on in my area. When they build a road, it takes them forever from start to finish.

  19. My cousin used to do something similar and a car hit her. Dangerous work being out in traffic.

  20. Those workers will always have a job I suppose. Interesting to watch.

  21. The roads will be so much clearer.

  22. Nice to have nice clear lines.
Slow moving though when your driving behind them working!!

  23. Buenos espacios para las personas que tienen alguna minusvalía.

  24. I like that little fire burning in the side of the truck. Is that to keep the paint warm, or the workers? :-)

  25. Lines help keep the traffic disciplined.

  26. Good shots there.
Never seen a fire to keep the paint warm, to me rather amusing as it wouldn't be needed here - the fire that is - ...we met many road paintings in progress on our travels, especially on our way south.

  29. Hoi Bill. ook dit zijn 'n soort van kunstenaars, toch wel serieus werk al die rechte lijnen trekken.
    Groet Kees.
