Lough Foyle, Moville co. Donegal
What kind of repertoire did they perform? The lady in the first picture looks like she is singing lustily.
They played an interesting mix of songs by The Kinks, Dean Martin, Tom Jones, Cyndi Lauper, and Creedance Clearwater Revival.
Hi Bill.Always nice music.Groettie from Patricia
O, so nice! Love to see it. I have played ukelele too when I was aan teenager and my husband found my old ukulele in the attic last week.
If there is one thing where the Irish are very talented in its music. Must say that the ukulele wasn't one I had expected in Ireland but why not.
That looks fun, it is a small instrument but with a very special sound.

...I turned the sound up, but still had trouble hearing. My hearing aids must not be working.
I can almost hear the music.
What a fun listen . . .I like the “ping” of the ukulele . . .
I like Irish music. Do you remember The Dubliners? Saw them live several times. Ronnie Drew, Luke Kelly, Ciarán Bourke, John Sheahan, Barney McKenna were the original Dubliners.God bless.
A talented and compatible group. Love the derby hat!
