last night
at 10pm it started with freezing sleet and it was over by 11. It's hard to believe we had sun in the afternoon for awhile.
Aargh! It's a good thing most folks are not our driving around. If they were out driving around you'd need Paul Simon's "Slip Sliding Away" playing in the background. Very cool shot, Bill!
Brrr....looks so cold! (and dangerous) Take care and have a nice weekend.
ReplyDeleteFirst snow. Looks cold indeed.
ReplyDeleteYou are early with winter! I wonder when it comes our way...
ReplyDeleteThe good part of the bad weather is that you got yourself an excellent photo.
ReplyDeleteUma bela fotografia nocturna.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço.

ReplyDeleteIt’s settling in, Bill, soon to stay! Peaceful street!
ReplyDeleteHi Bill that looks cold. An amazing perspective on the street. Greetings Jo
ReplyDeleteHere in Kentucky, our winter weather is much the same. You never know what you might get.
ReplyDeleteI don't like the look of that, though now I'm retired and don't have to travel to work in it maybe it's not so bad.
ReplyDeleteWonderfully moody shot, Bill!
ReplyDeleteSo Winter really started! Wonderful shot, Bill.

ReplyDeleteWinter is here for sure though we didn't have quite so much snow but the roads were & are treacherous so take care!
ReplyDeleteWinter has arrived!!!

Oh wow, an official entry into winter!
ReplyDeleteWhen we went down to Wales this morning we came across snow as well
ReplyDeleteNot what I expect to see there. It was +10˚C here today¡
ReplyDeleteA bit of drama there with your shot! I'm glad to hear it was over by 11 but it looks like winter's fired a warning shot across the bow.
ReplyDeleteOoh that looks so cold Bill, something we never see here. Black and white was perfect choice to show it.
ReplyDeleteYou should be here Bill, we've had some beautiful warm early Summer days here.
ReplyDeleteNeat shot! Moody in monochrome.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the truck with your books has arrived, though!! :)
ReplyDeleteCan feel the cold ! ☺
ReplyDeleteHi Bill.
ReplyDeleteNice to snow there with you.
Groettie from Patricia.
It's sounds like the weather here. We had a chinook this weekend though that melted all the snow.
ReplyDeleteThis shot makes me shiver.
