The green hose gives this photo its sparkle...it becomes the focal point and puts a splash of color amidst all the grey. Nice, simple shot of a nice, simple scene.
The green certainly does draw ones eyes as the focal point of the photo. I was so taken by the different shapes and lines of the hose and the window, panes and sill that I almost missed the broken pipe!
Its simple but also a bit sloppy to see.
ReplyDeleteI agree with SC.. simple... but so clean and unblemished.
ReplyDeleteWell seen, it is what it is.
ReplyDelete...and white as snow.

Nice pic, Bill!
ReplyDeleteMinimalism makes for a great image!
ReplyDeleteVery clean and nice. The soap pumper in the window looks like a little face peering out. (Ophelia looks nasty on my online wind map. Stay safe!!)
ReplyDeleteI love the green hose. Green is my favourite colour. :)
ReplyDeleteNice , I like it !
ReplyDeleteI like it too. :-)
ReplyDeleteI hope you will be indoors and safe tonight.....
A very windy evening for you, and then we get what is left tomorrow.
A simple photo, but a really good photo. Lot's to look at, and many contrasts.
