house work 2

I showed this house back in late July when the work first started.  They gutted the property to do a complete makeover.  I've heard that this place will be available to rent when it is completed.

    Excellent location and remodel! The bell-cast roof is very unusual on a bungalow.

    They've made quite a lot of changes to this little house. I bet the rent will be pretty high when they get it done. It looks like it will be a beautiful place to live.

    The water side of this building is a real surprise. It seems very modest from the other side, very striking where it counts.
