Postponed, like most of life. But like many of your readers I'm not a shopper of new things, esp clothing and accessories--that's what thrifts are for :) But I am sorry for all the small businesses affected by this mess, just trying to see their way through.
Ha Bill, dat is weer een goed teken.
ReplyDeleteGroet Kees, alvast een goed weekend en blijf gezond.
A good singer.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
...shopping just isn't what it once was!
ReplyDeleteNo shopping anymore indeed...
ReplyDeleteOpening postponed by closing. Something you see much these times.
ReplyDeleteWhen it's finally opened will it be by Daniel O'D with long grey hair, wearing his jeans and T-shirt, the only clothes he has left in his wardrobe?
ReplyDeleteSame thing here. All non-essential business closed until further notice.
ReplyDeleteThings can wait for sometime... until its essential
ReplyDeleteHello, There is nothing I need to buy, so I am good. Take care and stay safe! Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteI am not in "shopping mode" in this period of time anyway.
ReplyDeleteStay Safe ☕
Maybe postponed forever!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a happy May Day!
ReplyDeleteJust goes to show we can live without much of what we purchase.
ReplyDeleteOh dear - maybe later.
ReplyDeleteMy parents some years ago went to see Daniel.
Yikes.
ReplyDeleteShopping sure has changed during the past month.
ReplyDeleteShopping? What's that?
ReplyDeleteIt's the same everywhere.
ReplyDeleteOh Shopping! I can only do that on my mind and on my memories. Hope it won't stay that way for long. Happy Weekend my friend Bill!

ReplyDeleteWish you a happy May Day :))
That is a real sign of the times! One wonders how many shops will never reopen!
ReplyDeleteYes, an appropriate sign of the times. I wonder how long this might last...
ReplyDeleteHoping it opens soon.
ReplyDeleteCertainly a sign of present times!
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Thankfully, our garden-related stores are still open. Such strange times!
ReplyDeleteWhat's an irish singer doing at a clothing store opening?
ReplyDeleteThis is such a hard time for shops. So many of them are closed. We can hope they survive.
ReplyDeleteSo many businesses would be hard hit now.
ReplyDeleteIt's the same here.
ReplyDeleteSad for all that shops.
ReplyDeleteThat's the story of our lives, too, in New York City. Feel for stores and restaurants.
ReplyDeleteIt seems like everything is postponed. Sigh!
ReplyDeleteOh dear Bill, will Daniel O'Donnell have his day sometime soon I wonder 😊 Super shot for the theme.
ReplyDeleteA bad time for a grand opening! It’s more about not-so-grand closings these days.
