an unusual style
house seen on Ballynally Road. This is the back which faces the road.
ceramic cat in the window, at first I thought it was real.
Very odd. Sort of half-hearted half-timbered. I'm sure the owners love it as it looks very well cared for.
ReplyDeleteStrange indeed. Lets cal it neo-style.
ReplyDeleteQue maravilha uma bela casa.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e boa semana.

Yes, it is a mix of different styles. The windows look very old fashioned with the framework.

ReplyDeleteI need a ceramic cat for my window. (It may drive my Sissy nutz)
ReplyDeleteLove the house! Cats of any kind welcome!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if they were trying for a mock Tudor look?
ReplyDeleteThe turquoise bench by the front door adds a nice touch of colour!

I like the look of this place. I wonder if there is a real cat to go with the ceramic one.
ReplyDeleteI like it. The windows are very pretty and the ceramic cat adds a whimsical touch.
ReplyDeleteIt feels like it has some Tudor influences.
ReplyDeleteOverall, it's rather attractive to me, but it must be awful dark and dank in there. Those windows are so small.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like an old pub to me!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic house, I wonder how old it is!
ReplyDeleteI like it, we don't have this sort of architecture here in NZ, I wonder how old it is?
ReplyDeletei love it, and especially the windows :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful eye catching exteriors! Beautifully captured!
ReplyDeleteIs that an English Tudor style? You can see it on some pretend inns and such in the U.S.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it could have some features of it. Maybe call it Tudor-ish. :)
