an early morning flight for this bird
boats tied up and secured
Some boats along the way
playground for the kids
some wall art on the wall behind the playground. I never heard of Grace O'Malley so I googled and yes she was real and a very interesting person.
I love this mini wall with the red door. It doesn't seem to be anything around it and I didn't see if I could go around it but I think it looks great, a kind of rock puzzle.
someone's private entrance. It looks like it has a red door, my favorite colour.
this is the end of Beach Rd.
the cafe, we didn't go in because we had brought our own food and water for the walk.
Clifden Beach
the end--I wonder who decided to hang a boot there, I like it! And now we head back.
So many nice image. The top image looks a bit like my posting (yesterday) I liked the fantastic stone wall! And I think AMY still looks pretty. She must have several interesting stories to tell... I love the colours you find here and there out in the landscape. Have a nice day!

ReplyDeleteThanks for taking us along on the walk with you. The boats in particular intrigued me; they have obviously led a long and hard life!
ReplyDeleteBelas fotografias dum lugar calmo e tranquilo.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e boa semana.
Andarilhar
great sights on your walk! that would make an uncomfortable walk with only 1 boot!
ReplyDeleteBill, my favorites are "an early morning flight", Amy is in rough shape and "the mini wall with the red door."
ReplyDeleteLots of interesting and colourful sights to enjoy along this road! The wall looks so new and well built that the red door is a puzzle there!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great series...you captured so many interesting and unique places...my favorite is that wall with the red door, too. And I love all those boats - looks like they've had a lot of use. I got a real "kick" out of that boot. :)
ReplyDeleteA great series, Bill !
ReplyDeleteThe rock wall and red door really do catch my eye.
ReplyDeleteWe really got the full tour today! I always wanted a house with a red door. :)
ReplyDeleteLove that stone wall! What a fine walk that was!
ReplyDeleteI love the red door and the photo with the shoe. Beautiful photos (all). We often see the emergency helicopter because the hospital is near. I like your helicopter :-)
ReplyDeleteThat rock wall is a work of art. What a nice walk!
ReplyDeleteAnother fine walk! I really do like that second photo of the bird flying over the water.
ReplyDeleteA foto com o barco azul está ótima!
