bus trip home

As we left Clifden, we took the bus to Galway and headed to the Galway train station which also acts as a hub for Bus Eireann.  There we got the bus to Letterkenny and begun our journey home.  The scenes are from various communities we passed through.

    How nice that you were able to take this trip on public transportation. I enjoy traveling without having to navigate with a car in unfamiliar territory.

    Lovely informal photos, though it looks as though it was a rocky ride! I get my free bus-pass in March so I may be doing some bus riding of my own before too long.

    I enjoy these photos so much. Isn't Rory McIlroy, the golfer, from Galway? It's such great fun riding the bus with you and seeing these different places and the people going about their daily lives. Looks rather chilly, though.

      Rory McIlroy is from Northern Ireland. It was warm and windy the day we headed back. Glad you enjoyed the bus ride.
