signs2

Leo's Tavern is a restaurant and pub in the Donegal Gaeltacht, known as the home of music artists Clannad, Enya and Moya Brennan. The pub opened in 1968 and held Irish traditional music sessions nightly, becoming the musical starting block for the children of Leo Brennan, the pub's founder.

  3. That's a Guinness ad that I've never seen before; it should be better known.

  15. Fun signs all...especially the last. Poor guy...and I doubt highly that the ostrich is enjoying his stout. Sorry, no knowledge of the singers.

  18. I have always like the Guinness signs. These are classic. The photography sign is a bit odd. Always enjoyed the music of Enya

  26. I'm an admirer of Enya, I have some of her albums, but I never thought it was important to look at her origins... I've just been reading Wikipedia. I found it very interesting to be from a family of musicians from Donegal.
    Good evening, Bill.

  30. Speaking of guinness I've tried it once and wasn't really a fan of it, it tasted a bit like liquid marmite or vegemite, if you have it there but I'm thinking real Irish guiness is probably quite nice.
