Lough Foyle, Moville co. Donegal
Reminds me of an old saying... One man's trash is another man's treasure.
Jumps out in the field. Nice.
Hmm, the tank looks like it has seen better days. But the wheels and tires still look serviceble.
That rust is art. Well spotted.
Wonderful contrast of colours.God bless.
Hope it's not full of something toxic.
It looks very old.
Still something inside?
...when scrap was more valuable it would have been hauled off.
I so love your pictures, Bill. You find a type of beauty in so many forms. Happy New Year to you and Shari. xo Diana
It's amazing what you might find in an old field..no matter where you live. Awesome shot!
Like the old year…
Past its due date. Makes for a good shot though, Bill!
I wonder why it's abandoned...then realize there's probably no place to send it as refuse!
This makes one curious as to what the tank was used for at one time.
I think it is old but not "retired".Beautiful shot.
It's rusting away!
That's a very old and rusty tank. : )
Actually its color is beautiful blue. But it looks so old Tired.
Great find. Looks like it's been there a while!!
When I read your title I was thinking of an armored vehicle with tracks and a big gun. Agriculture uses its own kind of tanks.
The rust stains on the back have come off like a work of art. Maybe it can be antique if it stays there for another century :)
It looks as if it may be rusting away ...It makes a very nice photograph. All the best Jan
It definitely looks old.
Soon to be abandoned possibly.
Buena imagen, te mando un beso
It reminds me of my FIL - he always says you can get old or die. This one proudly gets old. And beautifully, too.
I like those, there's plenty of them here on farms.
Uma imagem extremamente interessante! Gostei de ver!Um grande abraço!Ana
