Getting pretty close to move-in ready -- fun to compare the two and fun for you to watch the progress. I am not sure whether two months is a good time for that much to be done but Bill (the one who lives with me ;>) would know for sure. In Oregon we were watching one near our daughter's that the people were doing themselves -- it was slow.
Someone is getting a sweet new home. The house is looking good.
