I would guess high pressure washing would be a regular necessity in that town and port. We would pressure wash our house, driveway, lanai, etc., at our previous home at least once a year - all our heat and humidity, you know.
I enjoy pressure washing, and that wall looks like it would be very satisfying to wash, just not in the rain! The recipie for fun pressure washing is swimsuits and hot sun!

Those things do a good job at cleaning walls and side walks.
I used to use one of those when I worked on the farm. I don't miss it at all!
It'll look like new after that. We made the mistake of using it on composite decking....ooops
I'm often accused of spoiling our kitties. My belief is that's what they are for - to be spoiled and I do it with great joy!
