busing to buncrana

We took the bus to Buncrana yesterday to do some grocery shopping.  Buncrana is on the western side of the Inishowen Peninsula and we are on the eastern side in Moville.  It takes about one hour to get there via R238.  Of course I have a window seat and pass my time taking photos.  Some come out and some don't.  Some have window reflections in them and that's ok.   But sometimes you get a happy surprise.  Usually I would delete them but I'm beginning to embrace them.  It's a work in progress and it offers a window in to our little part of the world.  The bus offers me the opportunity to capture images I wouldn't ordinarily see.   I'm a photoholic what else can I say :)  Have a great day wherever you are!

  1. A Chinese take-away with a Guinness sign outside? That's a first for me!
I like the idea of these shots from the bus window. I've always been put off by the unwanted reflections, but of course you're right - it really doesn't matter all that much.

  2. I also use my camera through windows..... cars, busses, trains and planes, and just like you sometimes I am pleased about them sometimes not.
I like the signs above the shops and restaurants. Beautiful landscape and a beautiful day!

  5. I am curious to know if Heel Bar is really a bar. Or is there a new meaning to bar that I don't know?
The sheep reminded me of an uncle who liked to travel by the window to see 'the little cows' by the way.

    1. Good question Luiz, I just think that is the name of the business. Maybe there was a bar there at one time.

  6. You are a photoholic. Thank goodness. Love the shots. I'd be doing the same thing. I do the same thing! That means I've got your problem. Yikes! :)

  10. I'm glad you love photography. So I see something different than Dutch houses and landscapes. So cute that the houses and other buildings on the first photos have a color!
