Hello, I like the view of the castle and the sheep. Beautiful scene and photo. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend. PS, thanks for the comment and visit to my blog.
Take a look at the fence in your photo. At first I thought it was a chain link fence on the far side. On a closer look the fence is in the front of your photo. Interesting. and then there's the ruins of the castle. that's another story.
The sheep seem mightily unimpressed by their grand surroundings. I would guess that that's a bit of nineteenth century Gothic revival architecture rather than something more ancient, though I may be wrong.
Just another roadside castle, eh? So pretty! I spent a day driving around Clifden, thoroughly lost. It was a long day but the scenery made it entirely worth it.
What a lovely castle.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.

ReplyDeleteLove sheep and I hate to think of them when I eat lamb. Such hypocrisy on my part. One of these days I should act more disciplined about my diet.
ReplyDeleteLovely to see the remains of the castle and those sheep.
