Those two corner windows looks like Frank Lloyd Wright just passed by. The architect of the building has studied his classics but a pity it also stopped there.
I like the fact it's a no-frills type building with clean lines all of which gives the impression that the guardians of the law will follow the law and if you disobey the law you'll be standing in another kind of line. :)
Hi Bill.
ReplyDeleteNice station is this.

ReplyDelete...I agree with s.c!
ReplyDeleteWonder what the object is on the roof of the taller building near the top.
ReplyDeleteIt's an efficient looking building Bill, hopefully the Garda are too ✨
ReplyDeleteA no-nonsense, functional piece of design for the upholders of the law.
ReplyDeleteHello Bill.
ReplyDeleteLovely building and like the simplicity of this station!
Have a lovely day!
Dimi...

ReplyDeleteIt looks like a no nonsense building, Bill! ;-)
ReplyDeleteA stately building it is.
ReplyDeleteLove this frame!
ReplyDeleteGarda buildings look less institutional than they do in the U.S. At least the ones I've seen do.
ReplyDeleteYes it does look reasonably modern, ours are weird buildings here, it's like the more unusual the better.
ReplyDeleteI do like the lamp post. We still have some of these old style lamp posts around here.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
An efficient looking place, Bill.
ReplyDeleteOnly 16 years old? Almost looks like an older building remodeled.
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised that it's only 16 years old. Except for those lower corner windows it looks much older.
