Very nice, Bill. But you know me and I was wondering how long it would take for the captain to get a message from the bridge to someone standing on the bow (not using electronic means) ...that's a pretty good stretch of ship!
My Uncle lived along the Welland Canal between Lake Ontario and Lake Erie when I was a kid and we all loved to go and watch the ships and see where they had come from.
