Love this in black and white -- very moody. One of my friends who I toured Ireland with years ago loves the moodiness of Mother Nature and the Emerald Isle. : ) You've definitely captured it here.
Many years ago I took a two week vacation to Ireland. The sun went behind a cloud at noon on the day I arrived and didn't appear again until I was driving to the airport to fly home. Maybe the only country in the world where it was great despite two weeks of clouds and rain.
Bright and sunny on my side of these islands, but I suppose your B/W world is on its way here soon.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a photo of the sadness.
ReplyDeleteTomás.
The b&w really works here! Right now it's so damn hot that I dream of clouds and rain!
ReplyDeleteExcelente fotografia amigo Bill.

ReplyDeleteVery dramatic!
ReplyDeleteSo moody! I like the reflection of light on the water. The black and white really captures the mood.
ReplyDeleteYes, but in my experience it's easy to find wine in Ireland these days.
ReplyDeleteLovely glow! Well seen.
ReplyDeleteKind of a brooding quality to this one.
ReplyDeleteThere is a beauty in all that gray accented with the black. It also has a clear horizon line that I always notice immediately in photograph.

ReplyDeleteYou were lucky that there was no sun, otherwise you wouldn't have made such a beautiful photo !
ReplyDeleteDias sem sol, sem luz, também tem beleza.
