Lough Foyle, Moville co. Donegal
Stone churches have a charm of their own
...it was built to stand the test of time.
Looks beautiful and well taken care of.
Perhaps a little austere for a Catholic church, but a nicely proportioned building all the same.
A bit grey they are those Irish churches.
Hi Bill.Beautiful church.Greetings from Patricia.
Lots of grass to cut.
Bet there are people headed there today! Happy Sunday, Bill.
Amazing how you got this all in. So wonderful!
Lovely view of the church and the gardens. Take care, enjoy your day and have a great week!
A big beautiful church
Looks wonderful, flowers are lovely, and the road looks good to the door.
An elegant building of an earlier era that looks almost timeless now. Makes me wonder about the declining influence of the church these days.
Lovely chruch and love all the trees and flowers :-D
Beautiful photo.
Nice lines in this photo. A beautiful church, Bill. I wonder who St. Mary was? The Virginia, or some other Mary?
it's the Virgin Mary.
That's a very pretty church.
I always wonder how they built the towers with the technology they had.
A wonderful shot, Bill.
I love the perspective you used to show the beautiful flowers as well as the church.
OMGOSH-that is beautiful. Nice to pop in here. Hubby's health is not good so I am rarely in Blogland anymore! Diana
