Oh, I think they are cutting back. It's good to see this kind of recycling. Our local breweries are having problems just keeping enough bottles to fill..or so they say. Just one more reason why it's getting more expensive to buy local beer.
Well, and in addition, many potential guests have to turn over their coins twice. A regrettable development, especially in the countryside, where there is often only one pub in the village ... if there are any at all.
