the charity shop is located on the ground floor of the house on the right. The person who owns the building lets the charity shop use it rent free. That's very nice considering the price of renting these days.
The rents vary according to the areas you are interested in. Lack of housing is raising the price even higher for renters. Renters do pay for their own utilities.
I live in a building with an apartment backed up to me that is a mirror image of mine. It always feels funny to think of how their furnishings go in opposite ways to mine!
