...lovely, but what happened to the tree?
Then it truly is a charity shop.
Strange way to safe a tree.
They are colorful houses, it is nice the charity shop has free rent. Take care, have a great day and happy new week!
Love it. Just curious--what do rents go for there? And do the renters pay all utilities?
The rents vary according to the areas you are interested in. Lack of housing is raising the price even higher for renters. Renters do pay for their own utilities.

Awesome for the charity shop. Oh, rent is going up everywhere. Lovely houses!
That is what I call eye candy!
What a great looking building too!
That's very good.
I love that the buildings are so colorfully painted. Very charming!
I live in a building with an apartment backed up to me that is a mirror image of mine. It always feels funny to think of how their furnishings go in opposite ways to mine!
That is true charity! Pretty buildings.
That is so kind!
A landlord with heart. Good for them.
That is a very kind gesture, indeed.
Beautiful house with different colors
I love the color. That is so nice of the buildings owner!
Are they belonging to same person?
With the front doors so close together, I would really have to pay attention... to avoid walking into the wrong home!
Like two face in Batman Comics Villain. Love the colour
A noble gesture, indeed. Not to be found often.
Such a good thing in this day and age! Lovely building :-D
What a nice thing to do. Nice to hear someone being generous.
That is very nice of the person who owns the building to let the charity shop use it rent free. All the best Jan
Geniales casas. Te mando un beso.
wow that's a nice building owner, not often you hear of something like that.
Very generous indeed, they say charity begins at home...nice capture.
What a wonderful post! Looks great and I sure would shop there and bring the nice owner a chocolate or such!
Almost identical... It is, in fact, an interesting antique set. Good pic, my friend.Have a nice week.~~~~~~~~~~
That is very nice of the landlord to not charge rent to the charity shop, and it would be a place I would frequent.
Another colorful buildings and look cute. Thanks to landlord to not charge rent to that Charity shop
They are looking so sweet:) I wanted to live there with my parents, one for me, the other for them:)
Adorei saber desse generoso gesto do senhorio do prédio... e gostei imenso da foto! Os dois edifícios germinados com cores tão apelativas, resultou numa bela imagem citadina!Um grande abraço!Ana
