So nice to see! When at work on 5th floor and men get the leaves aside with those noisy machines... awful. I always thought I go down, get a broom and do the job myself, so the others can concentrate on their job, cause I can not - windows closed! To sane people!
I have a sweeping neighbor also. She doesn't come as far as my steps though. And strangly enough she walks directly across the grass rather than going around on the sidewalk a few extra steps when she's going to visit her friend. I love knowing trivia like that about my neighbors.
I never feel the urge to do this.... :)
ReplyDeleteOnly in times of snow and ice Bill.
ReplyDeleteShe missed a bit ... a big green bag behind her!
ReplyDeleteGod bless you, Bill. You take such wonderful photos.
…. a better environment starts with yourself!
ReplyDeleteHave a nice week ahead, Bill!
Send her over to my house, please.
ReplyDeleteWell taken.
ReplyDeleteHello, I am always out sweeping up the leftover bird seeds. Nice to see another sweeper. Take care! Enjoy your day, have a great new week!
ReplyDelete...cleanliness is next to Godliness.

ReplyDeleteNow these are everyday unsung heroes :) Her little deeds are much appreciated :)
ReplyDeleteLove The Shoes
ReplyDeleteCheers
Mooi om te zien, velen doen het niet meer.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great photo. I was reminded of the street I grew up on. All the people along the street did this to keep the sidewalk out front clean.
ReplyDeleteOh well done her, and look at her silver shoes.. love this capture Bill 💙
ReplyDeleteThis photo brought back wonderful memories of my mom sweeping the sidewalk in front of our house when I was a kid...many years ago ;)
ReplyDeleteI have to admit that I am a sweeper too. It gives such a sense of accomplishment to tidy up the sidewalk!
ReplyDeleteNice
ReplyDeleteWell good for her
ReplyDeleteMB
Very caring of her to do this.
ReplyDeleteNot only is she keeping the sidewalk cleared, but also getting some outdoor time and both are important these days.
ReplyDeleteMuito bem, gosto de varrer também!
ReplyDeleteTodo cuidado é preciso.
And I like the way she's using a broom instead of a leaf blower.
ReplyDeleteWhat devotion to her community.
ReplyDeleteA woman I can relate to. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat service.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a well worn broom.

Bless her.
ReplyDeleteNice capture of a lady in action.
That is tidy! I haven’t even swept my kitchen floor yet this morning!
