I thought the sign was a sticker at first! It's so funny, my Irish family never had Smithwicks- it was always Guinness- even my younger cousin's dog was named Guinness. I'll have to purchase some this weekend to give it a try.
Glad the comments before me clarified that it was a brand. To my ignorant eye, it could have been the name of a pub. I have heard of (not sure I've ever tasted) Guinness however. Now since I do like beer and ale, I will keep an eye out of Smithwicks.
A great sign. I appreciate your blog friendship; it's always a pleasure to visit your blog and admire your photography. Merry Christmas to you and Shari.
Who me? 😅
ReplyDeleteYou can always try.
ReplyDeleteAn inviting sign.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely 😉
