The amount of electronic waste is staggering. It reminds me that we have some that needs to be taken to the recycling facility. I am a bit sceptical about how much of it actually gets recycled.
That’s a good idea to have a day to recycle stuff that can’t go in the everyday recycling ... and that electronic stuff does seem to accumulate somehow.
Hi Bill.
ReplyDeleteImportant if it is collected.
Greeting from Patricia.
The amount of electronic waste is staggering. It reminds me that we have some that needs to be taken to the recycling facility. I am a bit sceptical about how much of it actually gets recycled.
ReplyDeleteIts indeed necessary. Nice shots Bill.
ReplyDelete...I recently went to a recycling day and I think that everyone within a 100 miles was there!
ReplyDeleteHello, I am thankful for the recycle centers. They are necessary. Enjoy your day, wishing you a happy new week ahead.
ReplyDeleteI always wonder where that stuff goes. We do the same here.
ReplyDeleteThat is a nice service.
ReplyDeleteSo much better than throwing electronics in our landfills.
ReplyDeleteA necessity in this day and age.
They got a good haul there Bill, such a good idea ✨
ReplyDeleteSo where does it go? Too much plastic for melting, perhaps they can pull the metal out...?
ReplyDeleteA great way to discard things - it is amazing how quickly they fill up!
ReplyDeleteFine way to keep electronics out of the trash. Good to see this. Our collection day is in the spring.
ReplyDeleteHa Bill, Klaar om afgevoerd te worden, mooi in beeld gebracht.
ReplyDeleteGroet Kees.
Time is money, as they say. They have quite a load to take!
ReplyDeleteGut das es gesammelt wird so besteht die Möglichkeit es zu verwerten.
ReplyDeleteNoke
That's a lot of electronic junk. What happens to it after it gets hauled away?
ReplyDeleteMB
We might throw too much things
ReplyDeleteWe may not need to buy as much new things as computers and mobiles
Good idea.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Wow, it did fill up, didn't it.
ReplyDeleteWow, look at all that stuff. It would be interesting to know what they do with it all.
ReplyDeleteA wonderful organized event.
ReplyDeleteWow... That's a lot of recycled goods.
ReplyDeleteI hope most people do that! We should all do it!
ReplyDeleteThat sure is a lot of stuff!!
ReplyDeleteWow.
ReplyDeleteSuch events are occasionally done here too.
ReplyDeleteWe have these types of programs and they are so needed. We have a spot in our garage for items to go to our event.
ReplyDeleteWe do all of this at the waste management site. Whenever the pile gets too big the truck comes in and takes out a load.
ReplyDeleteValuable stuff turns into junk so fast. I've lost track of how many computers I've had. I sure wish they didn't get obsolete.
ReplyDeleteIt is good to see e waste being recycled.
ReplyDeleteThat’s a good idea to have a day to recycle stuff that can’t go in the everyday recycling ... and that electronic stuff does seem to accumulate somehow.
ReplyDeleteI'm just so pleased that we have recycle centres and places to take un-wanted stuff, they are needed.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
