I'll pass, not a big fan of donuts. We were in Letterkenny yesterday and passed this bakery with the donuts in the window. I haven't had a donut in years and was rather shocked that they were so expensive. Must be "special donuts" for that price.

Three Euros a doughnut? If one has a family of two or three children this would be very expensive.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Hi Bill.
ReplyDeleteThat looks delicious.
Greeting from Patricia.
Uma doce fotografia.

You sometimes wonder what is all possible with donuts. Indeed not something I would like.
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of one either, never eat one myself. They are really very expensive too.
ReplyDeleteThose donuts look like they have too much "stuff" on them, and I agree: too expensive to justify getting one. There is a donut place here in Connecticut US that has opened in several towns and has very expensive donuts like that. I don't know if they use the overused cliche word "artisan" donuts to describe them, but whatever they call them, I can't justify their cost for one donut. (I don't normally eat donuts, but I do like them on occasion.)
ReplyDeleteAt that price I would simply walk on by. Actually it's not something we eat anyway.
ReplyDelete...they look HUGE!
ReplyDeleteThe lemon ones are quite expensive. Not worth it. :)
ReplyDeleteHello, they do seem pricey. I would think they would go stale if no one will buy them. Wishing you a happy day!
ReplyDeleteI don't indulge often Bill, but I just might be tempted here 😉
ReplyDeleteNow that's what I'm talking about!
ReplyDeleteI'll take two dozen please!!!
ReplyDeleteScrumptious!!!
Oh my goodness, those are expensive. I'm not a fan of donuts either. I'll take a Danish instead however, not at that price.
ReplyDeleteHoi Bill, ook ik ben er niet zo gek op, Al zien er wel lekker uit zo achter het glas.
ReplyDeleteGroet Kees.
I don't care for doughnuts either, but I'm sure something else in that bakery would appeal to me.
ReplyDeleteNot a big fan of doughnuts either. Too doughy for me to chew and way too sweet. I am such a purist--haha
ReplyDeleteMB
At that price, I think I'd take a pass!
ReplyDeleteOuch! That's expensive!
ReplyDeleteI think so, that are very special donuts.
ReplyDeleteI'd rather have a muffin than a doughnut.
ReplyDeleteThat is expensive! I'm not a fan either - give me some crisps instead! ;-)
ReplyDeleteyes it was a high price about 31 swedish kronor
ReplyDeletebut they are certainly good and taste good
Que ricoooos
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of donuts either. That price is astronomical for here.
ReplyDeleteAt one time I was addicted to donuts I think. Like you I can't remember the last time I had a donut.
ReplyDeleteWhoa! You're right. Didn't donuts used to be really cheap? I've never seen them so dressed up. But then I don't eat them either.
ReplyDeleteNot very popular in India either.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your posts/photos. Those are big doughnuts! A little too sweet for us!
ReplyDeleteBill - As they say, "a moment on the lips and eternity on the hips". These are super-sized and chock full of goodies (I mean, calories). If I was going to indulge, I would have to share it with someone!
ReplyDeletePretty sweet picture. Haven't eaten donuts for years and years...
ReplyDeleteI haven't eaten donuts for quite a few years … although I do remember as a child and teenager enjoying a jam donut!
ReplyDeleteThe price here does seem high!
All the best Jan
Certainly was a sweet shot, Bill.😋
