  7. No leash? No owner? Do you have many strays in your city? As a volunteer foster parent, I am interested in how communities take care of their animals.

    1. There were some people around so I assumed the dog was with one of them. Most dogs I see are on leases. I haven't seen any strays around town, most of the dogs are in their house or their gardens. Now cats are a different story, they seem to be free to do what they want. You see them in the streets once in a while just walking or laying around. I don't like it and if I had a cat, it would be an indoor one.
