small blue building

I saw this little hideaway on one of my walks,  rather cute I thought.  I wonder what it is used for.  It is located on the side of the driveway.

  5. I think these are known as shepherds' huts and would have originally been on wheels so they could be moved out on to the pastures where the sheep were grazing. They still make them though these days they are mostly used as play houses for children or writing huts for authors etc.
