  13. I was really quite astonished to learn recently that Volvo is planning to convert to all electric and hybrid cars. So far I have seen only ONE electric station here in St. Paul, ironically in the parking lot of Goodwill, a local thrift shop. Now I hope to keep an eye out for these electric stations. Wave of the future? I don't think so but I could be wrong.
