This Carndonagh worker was applying a new layer of paint on the pole. The pole is located at the diamond in the center of town. As for the flag, I have no idea what it represents. I'll have to ask next time I'm there,
He's going to need a bigger ladder...one that goes up and spins around. In my mind I can see him painting it all the way to the top and then slipping and sliding down taking the paint with him. :) Sorry but I have a funny mind. But you knew that.
Hope he has a good had for heights as he has a way to climb!
ReplyDeleteYes maintenance must be kept up. Nice shot.
ReplyDeleteGoing to need a longer ladder!
ReplyDeleteThat's not how we do it! Curious about the flag though.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a polepainter before!
ReplyDeleteGosto bastante deste olhar.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e continuação de boa semana.

ReplyDeleteThat's a unique occupation. I've never seen one before!
ReplyDeleteFunny shot.
ReplyDeleteNot a job for me, but a funny shot !
ReplyDeleteI hope he started at the top and worked his way down.
ReplyDeleteThe flag looks like it really needs to be replaced.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo, and I am glad it is not me. :)
ReplyDeleteI always wondered who did that job! ;-))
ReplyDeleteNot a fun job!
ReplyDeleteIt almost looks as if it needs a new flag as well as the pole painted Bill ☺
ReplyDeleteSpringtime is spruce-up time.
ReplyDeleteMaybe the flag represents a town too poor to put up a proper flag.
