..."Bird on a Wire"...nice song.
Birds love countries were the wires are still in the air and not under the ground. Nice observation Bill.
Yes, they always have a lot to tell each other! They often use the wires here too for a meeting.
Is Alfred Hitchcock near by?
They have the best view from up there!
Ha Bill, mooi plaatje met de vogels op de electrischiteits kabels.Groet Kees.
A nice meeting, what are they planning ?
Bird On The Wire - Poem by Leonard CohenLike a bird on the wire, like a drunk in a midnight choir I have tried in my way to be free. Like a worm on a hook, like a knight from some old fashioned book I have saved all my ribbons for thee. If I, if I have been unkind, I hope that you can just let it go by. If I, if I have been untrue I hope you know it was never to you. Leonard Cohen
How many of us are thinking about 'The Birds' right now?!
They must have had a lot to discuss.
What did you do to them? Maybe their screeching was due to that big bird just above them?
They are enjoying the sun!
Nice colour in that sky!
A handy perch for them.
Thanks to Kate for posting the words to Birds on a Wire..... Leonard Cohen is (sadly was) one of my heros. Birds always sit far enough apart so that they can spread their wings when someone gives the signal to fly.
Really nice photo of the birds in a flap!
Looks like you are enjoying some beautiful weather!
Makes me think of that Leonard Cohen song - like a bird on a wire I have tried in my way to be free.
Like in the movie of Hitchcock's Birds… :)
Line up and wait.Perhaps they will head over to Scandinavia?
