Oh, maybe an upgrade. We are getting more vans like this in our fleet too...well at the moment U.S. Postal but it looks like that might change in the future, too.
Hopefully there was someone else sent out that day to do the mail delivery. Our postal system is in need of some improvement here...really, across the country, I believe.
It’s interesting to imagine what could be happening with that postal van. A broken-down van being taken to the repair shop is a good guess! It’s a reminder that even the most reliable things need a little fixing sometimes.
You are invited to my new blog post, and have a nice Friday. https://www.melodyjacob.com/2025/03/follow-on-instagram-melodyjacob1.html
Oh dear. Someone didn't get their mail for sure! A mail truck went off the road here and down a steep hill, and burned up. I have not heard about the driver, but pray they are ok.
It looks new and very clean. Perhaps a new van is being delivered to the Post Office.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Seems odd to see a green postal vehicle.
ReplyDelete...I like the paint job!
ReplyDeleteIt is a nice color for the postal van.
ReplyDeleteTake care, happy Friday! Have a great weekend.

The deliveries will have to wait.

ReplyDeleteYou take so many interesting photos of the general world around you. Do you have your camera (or phone) ready at all times?
ReplyDeleteI always have my camera, don't use the phone much but it's a good backup.
DeleteNo mail for you today, Bill?
ReplyDeleteOh, dear, no deliveries today! Blessings, Bill!
ReplyDeleteSomeone won't be getting mail.
ReplyDeleteWe have white vans with red and blue.
In rural areas like where I live letter carriers use their own cars.
Definitely out of order!

Sorry the van had to be towed. However, the tow truck is very cool looking. I would like to visit that Irish Craft store. Have a nice weekend as well.
ReplyDeleteNice shot.
ReplyDeleteA two in one!
ReplyDeleteWe all need help sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI like the shades of green it is though.
