a very small one.  Haven't seen one of these in a long time but there are a few of them around.

    OH, it looks economical..but I would hate to be stuck in traffic or even for the long stretch in it, with so many big cars on the road.

    I have never seen one that I can remember. I would imagine it can't go very fast, looking really like it could tilt over in a wind!
