  3. A few years ago they called everything a "park" - industrial park, retail park, leisure park etc. Now it has to be called a "hub" - we even have one just down the road from me - it's really just a cafe with a few information boards!

  9. There are lots of constructions over here too...yesterday saw some relatively new buildings were torn down..no idea what they are going to do.
