It's peaceful and every bird is at ease until one of them has food in their beak.
ReplyDeleteGreat and peaceful indeed. That the birds would take on this composition is great work from you.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot, Bill. Coastlines are always interesting places.

ReplyDeleteSo wonderful. We did have some lost seagulls fly in not long ago, but I think they went with the southwinds.
ReplyDeleteNice birds! I like the one silhouetted against the sea.

ReplyDeleteAn appealing setting.
ReplyDeleteA lazy day at the coast. Nice one, Bill.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful catch!
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous photo...it looks so serene!
ReplyDeleteYou've found a variety of birds all playing together.
ReplyDeleteThese birds just say all is well in the world...otherwise they'd have flown to all corners when you wanted to take their photo!
ReplyDeleteYes, this is a pleasant scene, Bill!
ReplyDeleteNice! We occasionally get seagulls here, which is odd as we are quite far inland. Guess they get lost!
ReplyDeleteHello Bill :=)
ReplyDeleteLovely shot! A serene view of the heron and gulls. I wish some people would get on as well as birds do.
All the best.
I saw a seagull in Emden, too! Yes, but one, yet it was great.
ReplyDeleteLovely seagulls!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo Bill. I think the Heron is trying to pretend he is a Seagull! Fitting in well I think!
ReplyDeleteAnd one of those things is not like the other. Cool shot.
ReplyDeleteQué sosiego, Bill. Una vida tranquila...
ReplyDeleteThe heron and the seagulls in a perfect picture. Great participation, Bill! All good. A friendly hug 🌿🌾☘️

Good to see the Heron and the Gulls hanging out together.
ReplyDeletesuch a beautiful shot
ReplyDeleteLooks like a good spot, and the Heron looks chilled.
ReplyDeleteHerons are some of my favourite birds. A gull once stole my fish and chips and I've never liked them since!
ReplyDeleteNice, they are just chilling out.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo, the stillness of the sea, the green of the rocks and the birds form a beautiful set.
ReplyDeleteHappy week.
Best regards.
Love this. Just hanging out.
