Bill, your header photo is a beauty. What color. I used to hang out my laundry but now the 6 steep steps down off the back porch are too risky for me to attempt with a full basket of wet clothes. I am hoping my husband can redo them this summer for me. I do miss that clean air scent in my clothes.
Quem dera que as minhas toalhas, tivessem um espaço encantador assim para secar... mas coitadinhas, ficam penduradas num cantinho da varanda... vendo os carros na estrada passar!... :-D Um grande abraço! Ana
Beautiful colours. Thanx Bill.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
A sight no artist could resist.Nice one Bill.

Hi Bill.
ReplyDeleteNothing beats natural drying.
Greetings from Patricia.
It's gotta be spring now. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteAs they say in Newfoundland, “ Grand day on clothes.”
ReplyDeleteElmo´s Blanket says "hi" (she´s but a piece of a towel...)
ReplyDeleteGreat shot Bill. I wonder what it is about laundry hanging on the line that always makes for a beautiful photograph?
ReplyDeleteJust what I've done this morning.
ReplyDeleteoutdoor drying is the most natural and beautiful. There are drying machines in homes now, but I prefer to air dry...
ReplyDeleteThe sun is the best dryer.
ReplyDeleteA reminder of simpler times. Nice one, Bill!
ReplyDeleteNatures clothes dryer at work, another example of solar power.
ReplyDeleteI used to love the smell of towels that were dried outdoors.
ReplyDeleteGreat contrast. An interesting landscape.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blog

ReplyDeleteIt's the way I dry my clothes too. :) Looks like tea towels and were the last things to dry.
ReplyDeleteLugar tan aireado como ese, no lo puede tener todos los tendederos.
ReplyDelete... and a nice mix of colourful towels too.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan

ReplyDeleteThat looks like a kiwi clothes line, we do the same here.
ReplyDeletecolorful...
ReplyDeleteSolar energy is the best!
ReplyDeleteSiempre queda mejor la ropa de esa forma y es ecológico. Te mando un beso
ReplyDeleteThat's something you don't see very often - clothes drying on an outdoor line, These towels were colorful too.
ReplyDeleteNow we soon have the weather to dry laundry outside
ReplyDeleteQuem dera que as minhas toalhas, tivessem um espaço encantador assim para secar... mas coitadinhas, ficam penduradas num cantinho da varanda... vendo os carros na estrada passar!... :-D
