bench and a bottle

whoever left the empty beer bottle didn't even have the decency to take the bottle home to recycle it.

  1. I used to regularly pick up litter on my walks, though I'm not so keen since the advent of Coronavirus.

  2. There are people everywhere who ruin it for others.

  3. That's a shame that someone would litter.

  4. You see that so often here.
Lots of rubbish bins have a contruction around where lazy lads can put the bottles so retirees can easily grab them and make a little money - because they need every cent :-(

  5. One green bottle standing by the wall ... ... ...

    God bless.

  6. This all goes to show that slobs are a universal breed, equally despicable wherever they reside. If only Covid-19 could be selective!

  7. That’s a shame Bill.
    It happens often here too,
    Have a lovely day!

  8. Hi Bill.

Nice place to sit for a while.
Too bad people leave the mess like that again.

    Greetings from Patricia.

  10. Yes, the bottle distracts the bench image!

  11. Hello,
It looks like a pretty spot, except for the bottle. I wish people would take their trash with them! Enjoy your day, have a happy new week ahead!

  13. It's these little things that mar the environment. A beautiful picture though.

  16. I despise people just leaving rubbish around without giving it a second thought.

  18. Yup, I see that quite often here.

  19. You get 10 cents each here for taking them back to the beer store so you don't find many stray ones around.

  20. Probablemente no muy lejos habría contenedores para echarla. Eso afea la belleza del lugar.

  21. Unfortunately, the same happens here not only with beer bottles but many other forms of trash. People are careless and lazy and there is no excuse for them not tossing their own trash. What's worse now is the number of disposed masks!

  22. I think that's the first time I've seen "litter" in any of your posts.

  23. Recycling benefits everyone, and removes trash from the environment. Poignant photograph. Our community does not allow beer drinking in public, not that it stops everyone.

  24. Unfortunately many seem to leave their bottles/litter behind.

That looks a nice bench to sit on.

    All the best Jan

  25. Slob! It's worse when they just smash and leave it.

  26. Ick. People like that exist everywhere evidently.

  27. Maybe it was someone's breakfast on the bench
I see a lot of things like this at home
