And why do they always do roadworks in busy streets with traffic. Why don't they dig holes and lay pipes far away, like in the desert, or the forests or the mountains or ... it's always in town. They're digging down my road right now. They're looking for any bones my dog may have buried!

They always seem to be able the wreck a good road surface by putting some kind if pipe under the road.
