  5. Road closures are a way of life here. I think all the aging infrastructure underground is being replaced.

  6. Why do they always lay down pipes and not cigarettes? No wonder you don't see many people with pipes these days.

    And why do they always do roadworks in busy streets with traffic. Why don't they dig holes and lay pipes far away, like in the desert, or the forests or the mountains or ... it's always in town. They're digging down my road right now. They're looking for any bones my dog may have buried!

    Yesterday, work was being on on the main road just outside of the village which was causing hold ups with people heading to the coast.
