Lough Foyle, Moville co. Donegal
...looks like fun work!
There is always something to repair in the streets the citizins are not aware of.
And I always enjoy seeing other people doing the work. Nice.
Every town and city relies on them.
And another job finished..
Not easy or clean work, but someone has to do it!
Zo Bill, die klus is ook weer geklaard.Fijn weekend groet kees.
There is always work and repairs to make in springtime. Those familiar green garments will be familiar sights as the wearers go about their work.
What water does the water meter meter?
Men at work! Happy weekend Bill.
A lot of work goes into that. I imagine someone with problematic knees would have issues doing that.
Important work to be sure!
I wonder if the residents saw a change in their water bill.
It certainly looks like a quieter and calmer job than here in Montreal! :)

I was a little worried by what I saw in the first two photos. But in the third the correct and acceptable ratio of worker:spectators is achieved - one man working while two others look on.
Nice work-series.By the way, I like a lot your new banner. The landscape is beautiful.
Wonder if these are standard meters or meters that can be read from several blocks away. The latter are a real time and money saver.
