There are a number of jobs that are mind-numbing and this, I think, might be one of them. I was wondering, too, how long is that wall? And, it appears that you were about ready to have a can of paint dumped on your head so you must have left the scene quickly! :))
Or they are painters or there is trouble. Lucky for you it are painters.

Wonderful when they have the protective clothing in the same color.

For professionals, white clothing seems to be the "uniform."
