Lough Foyle, Moville co. Donegal
Lovely building.nice lamppostGroettie from Patricia.
The lamppost is in strange contrast with the modern building but both look good.
Gone is the old barrack style station as this new one look more 'open' & less severe!But the old lamp post is a nice feature!
I think it is a police station? A nice glass entrance.
Quite modern, isn't it.
Gosto da arquitectura da estação.Um abraço e boa semana.Andarilhar || Dedais de Francisco e Idalisa || Livros-Autografados
Good to have a new building for them.
Ha Bill, mooi modern gebouw Bill en ook behoorlijk groot. De ronding tussen de hoeken maken het gebouw vriendelijk van aanzien.groet Kees
They are probably happy with their modern building!
It definitely has a modern look.
Here in D.C. we would describe that as a skateboard park, although those cobblestones might be a little rough. :-)
Looks impressive.
Well this was a bit unexpected Bill :) It's so modern compared to the lovely old buildings in Moville.. but I expect the police have to keep up to date.. I do love the old lamppost out front, a wee touch of 'old'.
That's quite a station! I have a photo of one that actually had flower boxes in the windows of what looked like a very sweet cottage.
...I had to google Garda Stations!
Very modern. Not the kind of architecture I always imagine for Ireland.
Lovely building.
