first snow
of the year, not much but it does have its problems with the roads and people driving. Icy roads, bus cancellations. Good time to stay home and enjoy the warmth of indoors.
I hope you were ready for it. Yes, some places just aren't ready for it. Here, we do well to have the roads ready, but traveling to Oklahoma is an entirely different story. Hope you are staying warm and cozy. Mild days here, but it's still at the freezing point and the winds are chilly. Thanks for the splendid photo.
It's really very cold, but around here it never goes down to 0ºC. It's time for home, coziness, books, movies, blogs and tea... for those who can... Didn't like my January post?! Hugs. 🌨️🎿🎿🎿☃️🌨️⛄🌨️✨ https://avivenciaravida.blogspot.com/ ~~~~~~

ReplyDelete...here, the highway department would get it down to bare pavement quickly. Be safe.
ReplyDeleteA mere sprinkle in our terms of reference.
ReplyDeleteIce is the WORST. So dangerous.
ReplyDeleteIt looks difficult to see where the roadway is! Oops!
ReplyDeleteCan be very slippery...stay warm!
ReplyDeleteWhat we would call a dusting.
ReplyDeleteOh my, that does look cold.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Bill! We have yet to see any snow this year.
ReplyDeleteIt is winter, and snow happens. I understand that Europe has been hit hard by snow this year. Don't worry, it will all be gone by May.
ReplyDeleteLovely white!
ReplyDeleteNice :-D In central Scotland we haven't had any snow yet!
ReplyDeleteLooks nice but you can keep it over there. LOL
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI am happy to stay home when it is snowing. Driving is scary.
Take care, enjoy your day!
Stay home and drink tea, Bill!
ReplyDeleteA neve é bonita, mas nós entramos literalmente numa fria. rsrsrsrs

ReplyDeleteThe first snow is always so special...especially when you don't have to go out and can enjoy the beauty from the warmth of your home .
ReplyDeleteA pretty dusting of snow. Being from a snowy area they do a great job with the roads around here.
ReplyDeleteIcy, snowy roads can be dangerous to drive on.
ReplyDeleteYes, these days are good to stay inside and get cozy.
ReplyDeleteHow gorgeous, Bill!
ReplyDeleteBello paisaje. Te mando un beso.

It looks "pretty" slipperly.
ReplyDeleteYes, definitely a good time to stay home and enjoy the warmth of indoors.
ReplyDeleteKeep warm and safe.
All the best Jan
Even when you live in snow country, that first one is always a problem!
ReplyDeleteNot so common there!
ReplyDeleteYour ground is not level so you slide in the snow whether you want to or not.
ReplyDeleteYes indeed, stay home, abd enjoy the view through the windiw, Bill.
ReplyDeleteOh that does look nice there. I know nothing of driving or walking on snow.
ReplyDeleteI so read you...
ReplyDeleteBoa tarde meu querido amigo Bill. A foto ficou linda. São poucos estados brasileiros que possuem a oportunidade de ver neve. Grande abraço do Brasil.
ReplyDeleteThe snow is slightly melting here; but we have been promised more.
ReplyDeleteKeep warm and take care. God bless.
