That is very strange, I guess they do not use their window wipers. Could it be a pay back, maybe the car owner was seen throwing the litter out their car window. Have a happy day and a blessed Easter week!

What an odd use of windshield wipers. Hope the cups don't damage the wipers. Not sure I would want the wax from the cups smeared across the windshield.
