I suggested this to my son, who is a bank president of a bank with small branches in tiny mountain towns. He said they had looked into it some years ago but too many issues with the concept for them. I think its a brilliant idea for very rural places.
Ana
A mobile bank. Something for criminals I guess.
ReplyDeleteLucky you. Mine sits in Frankfurt some 300 km away. (But I don´t have to pay for the "service").
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile my brick and mortar bank is across the street.
ReplyDeleteHow do you know where it is at any particular time?
ReplyDeleteWhen the bank comes to town, they try and park in the same area and they are here for 2 or 3 hours. Different days they will be in other towns.
Delete...this is new for me!
ReplyDeleteA mobile bank, that is interesting. Happy Sunday, have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteUm banco na estrada.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e bom Domingo.

La serenidad del lago y lo práctico del banco móvil. Dos buenas imágenes.
ReplyDeleteNot sure I want that job...too dangerous.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a mobile bank. We keep talking about having a mobile library here but that hasn't happened either.
ReplyDeletenice to have a mobile bank in service
ReplyDeleteThat is a new one for me, Bill.
ReplyDeleteI'm not familiar with this concept of communion bank, and I don't know if it's trustworthy. I hardly trust a solid bank.
ReplyDeleteNo tengo problemas para acudir al banco. No está a demasiada distancia de mi vivienda.
ReplyDeleteFeliz domingo
What a great idea!
ReplyDeleteBanking has changed a lot since I was in the business. Now I do everything from my phone.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of a mobile community bank...
ReplyDeleteWell, that's a cool bank. I like your new header.
ReplyDeleteWe have a mobile library but not a mobile bank, though I'm sure some people in the village would welcome one. Not everyone is able to bank online.
ReplyDeleteNot a bad idea. I just read a post by someone complaining her local bank had closed. My guess is it is because so many people bank online now.
DeleteSad to see the mobile banks replacing local branch banks, but they are a sign of our times. At least banking is sometimes available.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a mobile bank before.
ReplyDeleteI think that is a brilliant idea! Have a brilliant week. Bill, Aloha!
ReplyDeleteA mobile bank, that's a new one for me.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen anything like this, Bill.
ReplyDeleteBlessings!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great creation!
ReplyDeleteA good idea and badly needed with so many banks closing ...
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Wonderful initiative. We had it in Mumbai during covid.
ReplyDeleteUy genial idea. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good idea for your area.
