Lough Foyle, Moville co. Donegal
I love this time of the year, waking up to birds chirping!
No sé si será por la distancia, pero parece de tamaño más pequeña que la tradicional.Un abrazo
Not the prettiest song I've ever heard, though I'm old enough to remember when they first arrived here and were quite a novelty for a year or two.
A sweet sound the "Roe koe"
We have tons of them here...
...let it be a dove of peace.
A sweet shot!hugsDonna
Yes with wings you can come quite a distance.
It pays to get up early. It's the time of day that birds like to sing. ~(‾▿‾)~
A dove? A pigeon? Or an overfed sparrow?Wonderful photography, Bill. Thank you and God bless.
Interesting how this species has been moving into new habitats in various parts of the world!best, mae at maefood.blogspot.com
Fantastic! Glad you got a shot of this one.
Pretty!
The dove of peace.
Here the blackbirds begin to sing at 04:00 a.m.!!!!!
There ought to be a camera that takes the first shot before you've pressed the button (some magic perhaps?)
Bill, you are lucky to get this fine photo. I often click the shutter just after the bird has left the branch. I have Morning Doves that greet me.
That bird appears to be engrossed in watching something.
Cute capture of the dove! Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
Some birds just will not sit still for their photo. Good one anyway, Bill.
We had Eurasian collared doves a few years ago but haven't seen them for a while
blurry photoes I love them :)))Great shoot !
Cute bird.
Blurry or not, this is a beautiful bird, Bill. Blessings!
He looks content perched there!
I don't think I've ever seen this type of Dove...it sure is pretty!
A lovely bird. It is now colonizing North America too.
Looks albino or something. Cute and fluffy
We saw a dove this morning too. For sure not the same one!

Cool capture.
I love sharing that moment, Bill. Aloha!
